We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • For sanitary reasons, used filtration devices cannot be returned.
  • Defective products are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase regardless of use.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at support@philterlabs.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • We are available via email Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@philterlabs.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same return policy outlined above.
