Shipping


Philter Labs, Inc. currently ships to the USA and Canada only.  We will be adding select international markets in 2020, please stay tuned. 

Free Shipping is for USA customers only. If your order qualifies for free shipping, then it will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. 
(Items generally take 1-2 business days to process)

How long does it take to ship?
FREE SHIPPING: 3-7 Business Days 

All other Shipping Options are listed during Checkout with approx. shipping times For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipping methods expected delivery time.

What you should know:
We only ship on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 1PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Canadian Customers: Products will ship using Canada Post. Please be sure to include your phone number and email address or we won't be able to process your order. Depending on the value of the order you place, it might be subject to additional duties and taxes. These vary so please do your own research so you're aware of the final charges. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. 

We've added ROUTE to our website! 

ROUTE is a comprehensive order protection app that insures your package in case it's lost or stolen. 

Technically, once orders leave our fulfillment house, Philter Labs is no longer responsible for the package. Unfortunately, lost or stolen packages are a part of transacting online and the Philter Labs team is always trying to offer our customers the best options for a seamless experience. 

For only $.98, ROUTE will send you a free, replacement product if your package is lost in the mail or stolen after delivery. 

If you choose to protect your order with ROUTE, you will receive an email confirmation with information to download their app which allows you to track your order and effortlessly file claims should an issue arise. 

Moving forward, if ROUTE is not chosen at Checkout, any lost or stolen packages will have to first be reported by the customer to USPS or other carrier before Philter Labs can offer any additional support.
