Everything you need to know about how we ship your Philter products.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free on all orders.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier volume, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently shipping within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Orders can only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid delivery issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order status at any time by visiting our website or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@philterlabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship your order at no additional cost.
