PHILTER Project, Giving Back To America's Heroes
In honor of Memorial Day, one of America's most hallowed holidays, we are so proud to announce a partnership with veteran advocacy organization, Veterans Cannabis Group, to donate a PHLIP for every PHILTER product purchased on Memorial Day. We will also match the total amount sold on Memorial Day to donate to the organization to help its members and organization’s goals. This will be made through The PHILTER Project, our corporate responsibility division of Philter Labs, Inc.

Why Veterans Cannabis Group?
Veterans Cannabis Group (VCG) is an advocacy group of Veterans for Veterans who advocate and support the use of medicinal cannabis to treat the symptoms of combat related PTSD. VCG provides education, safe access, information on Veteran Administration resources and benefits, and employment and networking opportunities for veterans in the cannabis industry. Also central to VCG, is their mission to strengthen relationships between veteran communities and local cannabis businesses and governments, in addition to supporting veteran owned cannabis businesses from cultivation to retail. As cannabis sales and usage continues to spike during COVID-19, the partnership with Philter Labs will help veterans get medical cannabis to help treat PTSD and keep their loved ones safe while communities continue to experience the economic and psychological impacts of the pandemic.
The Struggle For The Cause
Veterans have long advocated for legal access to medical marijuana to help with PTSD, anxiety, and other illnesses after returning home from their service. As lawmakers begin to acknowledge the need for an alternative form of medication, Philter Labs will continue to help VCG shift the stigma against medical cannabis use for veterans by providing access to cutting-edge products that effectively reduce emissions and allow veterans to vape responsibly.
When Can You Help?
The one-for-one partnership will take place on Memorial Day for 24-hours and will donate a PHLIP to VCG for each PHILTER product purchased at no extra cost to the consumer. We will also match the total amount sold during that 24-hour period to donate to the VCG. Consumers can take part in PHILTER’s mission to lead a cultural shift for more responsible vaping and advocate for veterans by purchasing a PHILTER product on Memorial Day.
